A long-term view
Anyone who knows Webreality well will be familiar with our strategic long-termism. We are operationally and financially organised for long-lasting relationships with our clients and our employees. We are proud that we’ve had unbroken relationships with many of our clients for well over a decade, some for over a decade and a half.
Achieving such mutual loyalty in the client realm is much easier in a business that successfully retains its team members, and today we’re celebrating the long service of Giles Olley who has just recently marked his fifteenth anniversary of starting work with Webreality.
Development and web hosting
Giles joined us in December 2007, after a period of time running his own small web agency, and having previously managed software development teams in-house in industry.
He adapted swiftly and brilliantly to the Webreality culture, and carved a niche as a technician who could span software development and hosting infrastructure management, at a time when our managed web hosting service was accelerating in scale and complexity.
Deep knowledge and expertise
Over the years he’s been a lynchpin of our technology strategy, and is much loved and respected by his colleagues for the expert support he provides them in their client service roles.
Webreality clients who have encountered Giles will recognise his calm authority when explaining complex technical concepts, his deep domain knowledge and expertise, and his commitment to the highest standards of client service.
A big thank you!
Giles - thank you from all of us for these first fifteen years of your Webreality career. It wouldn’t have been the same without you!
