We have a full-time vacancy in our Jersey office for a Digital Copywriter who will craft exceptional content and contribute to user-centric digital experiences.

The role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Digital Copywriter to join our team and create compelling copy that drives engagement. You’ll play an integral role in content design, ensuring that our digital solutions are not both effective and delightful for users. Your work will span a range of formats, from long-form website content to snappy digital campaigns, social media and email marketing.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Work closely with our client services team to understand client goals, user needs and messaging
  • Interpret client briefs to craft impactful, on-brand copy that supports user-centric content strategies
  • Research clients, markets, competitors and audiences to inform your content
  • Develop content strategies that complement user journeys and enhance overall usability
  • Write user-centric, SEO-optimized long-form content for websites across a range of industries
  • Create engaging, targeted copy for social media posts, campaigns and email marketing
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing and technical teams to produce cohesive, user-focused digital experiences
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with client objectives
  • Commission and brief content suppliers such as photographers and videographers
  • Contribute to UX design by providing content insights and recommendations
  • Ensure content meets client requirements, timelines and budgets
  • Present your work to colleagues and clients, explaining your approach and rationale
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, adapting strategies to enhance results
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies and AI tools in digital marketing and content design
  • Support the growth of existing client relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance their digital content.
What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be a natural storyteller with a flair for writing persuasive and engaging copy
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and impeccable grammar
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt tone and style to diverse brands and audiences
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understand the principles of content design and how they contribute to user-centric digital experiences
  • Use data and research to inform and refine your content strategies
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Show attention to detail
  • Work with good humour under pressure
  • Thrive in a dynamic, busy team
  • Stay up to date with the latest content trends and digital marketing innovations
  • Have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.
What we’re looking for
  • A love of words and everything digital
  • A passion for crafting engaging, inspiring content that prioritises the user
  • A minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar role, in-house or agency-side
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting styles, including user-focused content
  • Experience creating SEO-optimized content and using tools like Google Analytics
  • Confidence using website content management systems
  • Familiarity with content design principles
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising is an advantage but not essential
  • A thirst for learning and continuous personal development—it’s what makes us tick.
