UX Designer - Jersey

We have a full-time vacancy in our Jersey office for a UX Designer who will contribute to the creation of exceptional user experiences across a variety of digital platforms.

The role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. You will lead research and design phases, developing user-centred designs that drive engagement and deliver exceptional experiences. Your work will span wireframes, prototypes, user testing and collaboration with our creative and technical teams.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Work closely with the client services team to interpret and translate client goals into outstanding digital experiences
  • Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points
  • Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing wireframes, prototypes and UI elements
  • Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers to produce cohesive, user-friendly websites and digital assets
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions
  • Lead or contribute to usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Present and explain your work to clients and internal teams
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and emerging technologies, including AI
  • Ensure designs meet client requirements, timelines and budgets
  • Contribute to content strategies by providing UX insights and recommendations
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to Webreality’s design standards
  • Support the growth of existing client relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance their digital presence.
What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices
  • Balance creative thinking with a data-driven approach to design
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools and technologies in UX design
  • Have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.
What we’re looking for
  • A love of everything digital
  • A passion for creating user-centered digital experiences
  • A minimum of 18 months’ experience in UX design, preferably in an agency or in-house role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design projects
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software
  • Knowledge of usability testing and research methodologies
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and front-end technologies is a plus
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user insights
  • Experience of using Google Analytics
